3DPower ABS

Robust ABS for functional prototypes and parts that need to withstand more heat than standard PLA.

ABS combines hardness and toughness. Printed parts can be mechanically finished.

Specifications

• Material: ABS
• Diameter: 1.75 mm (tolerance ± 0.03 mm).
• Net filament weight: 1 kg or 3 kg.
• Density: 1.07 g/cm³.
• Vacuum packed with a desiccant.

Recommended print settings

• Nozzle temperature: 235–260 °C.
• Print bed: 80–100 °C.
• Part cooling: 0–40%.
• Print speed: 30–200 mm/s.

3DPower drying recommendation: 60–80 °C for 2–6 hours.

3DPower recommends an enclosed print chamber to reduce shrinkage and support layer adhesion.
