3DPower Hyper PA6

Technical nylon for tough, durable parts and functional prototypes.

Hyper PA6 is formulated to shrink less than standard nylon. It resists many oils and greases and has good sliding properties.

Specifications

• Material: Hyper PA6
• Diameter: 1.75 mm (tolerance ± 0.03 mm).
• Net filament weight: 500 g.
• Density: 1.14 g/cm³.
• Vacuum packed with a desiccant.

Recommended print settings

• Nozzle temperature: 230–270 °C.
• Print bed: 60–90 °C.
• Part cooling: 0–20%.
• Print speed: 40–300 mm/s.

3DPower drying recommendation: 60–70 °C for 12–24 hours.

Dry this filament before printing. According to 3DPower, small and medium-sized parts can also be printed without an enclosed chamber when the material is thoroughly dried.
