3DPower ASA

UV-resistant ASA for parts exposed to sunlight and changing weather conditions.

ASA offers a combination of mechanical strength and weather resistance. Printed parts can be sanded, drilled and painted.

Specifications

• Material: ASA
• Diameter: 1.75 mm (tolerance ± 0.03 mm).
• Net filament weight: 1 kg or 3 kg.
• Density: 1.07 g/cm³.
• Vacuum packed with a desiccant.

Recommended print settings

• Nozzle temperature: 230–260 °C.
• Print bed: 80–100 °C.
• Part cooling: 0–40%.
• Print speed: 30–200 mm/s.

3DPower drying recommendation: 60–80 °C for 2–6 hours.

3DPower states that small and medium-sized prints are possible without an enclosed chamber. Adjust the settings to the size and geometry of your part.
